Layout: there are four beautiful rooms (3 doubles; 1 double + 2 single beds), and four bathrooms (2 inside and two outside) a large kitchen, terraces, outside patio & garden.

Facilities: Fridge, Freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Internet connection, stereo system, ping pong table, independently controlled ventilation, towels, linen and much more! Optional House keeper can be arranged.

Directions: Only 75 Km from Cagliari’s airport and five minutes drive from the beautiful Portixeddu beach, the enchanting Pan di Zucchero coastline and so many others..

Nearby cities: Fluminimaggiore, Iglesias, St Antioco. Shops and excellent restaurants only 1-5 km away, literally 5 minutes by car.

Activities: diving, surfing, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding. A fab golf course ‘Is Arenas”is 80km away going North.

Accessibility: The owners regret that the villa is now wheelchair accessible although it is suitable for elderly and infirm.

Exclusions: Pets are not allowed.

Payment: A 1500 Euro deposit is requested for the booking.
