This is a newly built apartment nearby one of the most unknown and spectacular coastlines of Sardinia. The beach is at only 15 minutes drive and the area is also ideal for those who love climbing, trekking and breathtaking views.

Layout: A family room with a double bed and a single bed, plus a sofa bed in a separate space, Kitchen & living room, bathroom, terrace and balcony. It can host up to 5 people.

Location and Directions: The apartment is located in the town of Iglesias (40 minutes from Cagliari’ s airport – south-West Sardinia) at just a short walk from the Old Historic Town with its churches and castle. Shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, petrol stations and the town main hospital are nearby.

Facilities: Washing machine, cloths drier, TV, Radio, Iron & board, towels and linings.

Accessibility: The Property Owners regret that the apartment is not accessible or suitable to wheelchairs, people with mobile disabilities (due to stairs) or children under 12.

Exclusions: Pets are not allowed.

Activities: Water Activities, trekking, rock-climbing + cultural activities.
